I am an entrepreneur running my own business as a coach and yoga teacher. I help women find balance, focus and stillness.

Prior to this I was a frazzled harassed mum working in a corporate role, achieving and exceeding goals at work, but failing to look after myself. I preferred to look after everyone else and meet their needs often before mine. I put hobbies, growth of myself and my spiritual side at the very bottom of my priority list.

I since trained as a coach and yoga teacher and it’s my passion to help women and share some of the strategies I have learned during my journey.

About the Program

As a result of my accelerated growth and development and having a coach myself I discovered that you only start getting clear on what you want when you slow down and start becoming open to possibilities. However I know this isn’t always practical as we all lead busy lives. I wanted to share a concept that I would have loved and used and would have helped me manage my life. I have learned a lot of lessons and short cuts some to health some to wellbeing, some business lessons .

I want to share some of these strategies with you in a community.

The reason I wanted to provide this was, I used to get so excited when I bought a book but often put it on the shelf and never got around to reading it. Then I made a promise to myself that I would start spending travel time to work listening to podcasts , but often I wasn’t that sure what might help me. This got me thinking about how I could share some of my short cuts and help people find that small “me- time “   each week but still be helping cut through overwhelm. You can get some little snippets of inspiration, discover new concepts you might like to explore deeper and use any practical tips to enhance your health and wellbeing.

How it works:

For the monthly cost of £11, you will have access to our community. All the downloadable materials, access to my closed Facebook community.

I will provide monthly:

  • Week 1 A podcast including some notes on how this can help you apply learnings to your daily life . Easy listening in car or while cooking , or out walking dog.
  • Week 2 A book review of a title I have read and been able to apply significant change and improvement to my life personally or in business. A quick read and short lesson may save you reading the whole book and just get the key learnings to help you decide whether to buy or invest your time.
  • Week 3 A practical downloadable tool to use to improve your daily life (including stress reduction tips, meditation guide, daily planner, weekly goals etc). All life hacks I have used to maximise my time or wellbeing.
  • Week 4 A live question and answers session or a video in our group by me.

The community will run over a year and we will work our way through various monthly topics around health, wellbeing and getting clear on how to get some focus and clarity to help you find joy each day.
