My retreats are based around a small group of women 6-8 over 2 -5 days .

A retreat is a way to give yourself time, spend it discovering who you are and what you might like to become.
I believe it’s important to nourish your mind, body and spirit. A retreat is a way to immerse your self with like-minded ladies in a safe nurturing environment. Take time to unwind, make new friends, explore new awakenings. Find out how to gain clarity and focus around your purpose. Help you rebalance and unplug from outside noise, to give yourself a chance to improve your relationship with yourself and others.
We will practice yoga, learn meditation and breathing techniques to use every day in life to help reduce stress.
Eat healthy nourishing local food. Rebalance the body with daily Reiki sessions.
Spend time with a coach who will help you discover tools and methods to bring balance and flexibility, making life choices easier.
Leave feeling refreshed, energised and more able to enjoy your life, completely centred on what the next steps of your life look like.
Based around larger groups of 10-20 ladies, generally around 2 hours.
A workshop is where you will come to learn and explore various subjects. You will leave with knowledge and strategies around whatever the workshop subject is.
This can be anything from dealing with stress, to setting goals, making healthier habits and better choices.
I also run specific workshops which combine yoga with these subjects as a physical workshop.
