Yoga Foundation Courses

This is a 100 hours for students who are interested in deepening their yoga practice. The course consists of 50 hours of immersive practice in the studio with experienced teachers and 50 hours of home practice over 5 months. At the end of the course you will have all the skills and depth of knowledge to be confident about building your own daily practice

You will spend 5 full days in studio practical practice, anatomy lessons, pranayama and meditation techniques, posture workshops.nYou will learn about energy and how to use yoga practice to maximise health. Learn about food and how you can  influence health in the body by eating well .

Yoga Teacher Training

This is a course consisting of 200 hours teacher training over 12/13 weekends after which you will be a fully qualified Seasonal  yoga teacher .
